1. Undergraduate Applications: o UG applications are submitted through UCAS. o Agents must make a separate manual linkage request via the Agent Portal to be linked to the student, even if the agency’s name is listed on the UCAS form. The process involves confirming the request with the student before final linkage.
2. Postgraduate Applications: o PG applications can be made via the Agent Portal. o Agents have two options for linkage: submitting a manual request similar to UG or selecting the agency directly from a drop-down menu during the application process, which automatically links the agent to the student.
