In 2017, she made a pivotal career switch into the international education sector when she joined TGM Education as a Student Counsellor.
Leveraging her background in client service and her natural ability to connect with students, Damilola quickly rose through the ranks. Today, she manages multiple branches of TGM Education, where she leads teams with a focus on excellence, personalised student support, and operational efficiency.
