Some Of The COVID-19 Measures In Place

Contact-Free Event

The TGM Roadshow will be a contact-free event. To minimize the possibility of exchange of items, QR code technology for check-in and table scans for further information will be implemented for all participants & Schools.

Signs and Messages

To promote the protective measures, guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus shall be in highly visible locations e.g. entrance to the event hall, waiting arena and restrooms. The TGM Roadshow COVID-19 Guidelines shall be sent to all participants ahead of the event for proper dissemination of information.

2M Seating Spacing

We have created a modified seating arrangement which shall limit attendance and seating capacity, to allow for social distancing and ensure that not more than 50 participants are in the hall at any given time.

Medical Personnel

We are working with designated hospitals to provide trained personnel to provide medical support as needed on site. Should screening reveal an elevated risk for an attendee, the person shall be immediately isolated to prevent exposure to other Roadshow participants.
