Nursing Times ‘UK Educator of the Year’ Awarded To The University of Stirling
The Nursing staff at the University of Stirling has earned the Nursing Times ‘UK Educator of the Year’ 2018 award, making them the winner of this award for two years consecutively.
The Nursing courses at Stirling consists of the ‘BSc Nursing – Adult’ of which the students have the choice of undertaking an International or national placement, and the ‘BSc Nursing – Mental Health’ where students will “chase a thought-provoking and challenging academic course along with gaining experience in a wide range of practical learning”.
The Nursing faculty at Stirling have earned other achievements which includes being shortlisted for the Nursing Times ‘UK Nurse Education Provider of the Year’ for 7 Consecutive years (2012 – 2018), winning the ‘UK Education Provider of the Year’ (Pre-Registration) in 2012 and 2016, and also Stirling Students Winning ‘Nursing Student Of The Year’ in 2013, 2016 and 2017
